Shipping options and prices are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 3–7 business days

Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Do you ship internationally? Are there customs or import fees?

Yes — we offer global shipping.

There are no customs or import fees within the EU.

If you live outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs or import duties depending on your local regulations.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Verify that your payment details are correct. If the issue continues, try a different payment method or contact your bank.

Can I buy merch as a gift?

Yes! You can purchase any item as a gift. Holiday gifts can be exchanged until January 14th.

What is your return policy / right of withdrawal?

You have a 14-day return right from the day you receive your order.

14 days — with an extended deadline for holiday gifts.

How do I return an item?

Returns are processed through our dedicated Podimo return portal powered by Reversio. The link is available in your order confirmation and on our help pages.

Are there any costs for returning items?

Return costs are shown in the return portal before you confirm the return.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes — if the item and size are in stock, you can choose an exchange directly in the portal.

When will I receive a refund? refusion?

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your returned item is received and approved.

Follow us on Instagram to learn about new drops or back-in-stock items.

How will I know if an item is sold out?

If an item is sold out, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
